Private retreats · Sedona
A few days built around one body. Yours, or a few of you.
One session changes something. Two or three days in a row, with nowhere else to be, can change the pattern. That is what a private retreat is: bodywork every day, movement when your body is ready for it, and nothing scheduled in between so the work has room to land.
How it's built
It starts with a text.
There's no booking button for this, on purpose. You text, we talk about your body, what you've tried, and how many days you have. Then Nicole builds the days: myofascial release, movement on the equipment or neurology-based drills where they fit, and rest that is written into the plan instead of left over at the end.
Retreats run from the studio in the Village of Oak Creek. Where you stay is up to you. Sessions can come to you if that serves the work better.
Small groups work too: two to eight people, a couple, sisters, a few friends, a team. The days are built around what the group wants, with the hands-on work still one-on-one.
- Two or three days, for one person or a small group of two to eight
- Daily hands-on sessions, plus movement when the body is ready
- Built after a conversation, quoted before you commit
- Booked well ahead. A retreat takes over the calendar.
“Best health retreat I have found!!! A three day wholistic experience that was incredible. I have not felt that good and that aligned - body, mind, soul - in as long as I can remember. 10 Stars - HIGHLY Recommend this experience to anyone serious about the next level in their wellness journey!”
Ask about a retreat.
Text a little about your body and how many days you have. You'll hear back from Nicole directly.
