The GYROTONIC® Method
Your spine wasn't built for straight lines. Neither is this.
Most exercise loads the body in straight lines: lift, press, repeat. The spine doesn't have any. The GYROTONIC® Method uses specialized equipment with rotating pulleys and smooth, weighted resistance, so your spine and joints move through circles, spirals, and waves with support the whole way. You finish worked, and taller.
Sessions are private and one-on-one, shaped around the pattern we already know from your treatment. No class to keep up with. No baseline fitness required. This is the only studio in Northern Arizona with the equipment.
Neurology-based movement
Train the system that runs the muscles.
Pain and stiffness are decisions the nervous system makes to keep you safe. Neurology-based movement training works with that system directly: precise, small drills for the eyes, inner ear, joints, and breath that change how your brain lets the body move. It often frees up range that stretching and strengthening never touched.
It shows up inside bodywork sessions and movement sessions as the moment calls for it, so the pattern we release stays released.
